A Time to Shine:
Illinois Action for Children

The IAFC 55th Anniversary campaign honored the organization’s legacy, achievements, and lasting impact on early childhood education. It reinforced IAFC’s five-decade commitment to equitable learning and forward-thinking leadership.​​

With the unifying theme “Championing Children, Changing Lives,” the yearlong campaign — led by the marketing team in collaboration with development — inspired engagement and strengthened IAFC’s reputation as a national leader in early childhood education. The initiative featured a dedicated anniversary logo, a new website, and internal communications to foster employee pride, including Employee Spotlights on the intranet. A robust social media campaign, updated signage across all four sites, and consistent anniversary branding organization-wide amplified IAFC’s message. The campaign culminated in the annual A Time to Shine fundraising benefit, which included print and digital communication.​
